Whether it’s the great music, the fun atmosphere, the motivation from the trainer, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in programming, our clients love our bootcamp training sessions. We have designed our bootcamp schedule to offer flexibility and a balanced approach to fitness.

Our camps will push you to go further than you’ve ever gone on your own, but make no mistakes- these are far from the bootcamps you’ve seen in the movies. Our trainers aren’t mean. They don’t shout. Instead, they encourage and push you at the appropriate speed for your age and fitness level.

Have an old injury that you’re afraid might be a hindrance? No problem! We’ll help you modify the bootcamp workout so you get the best workout possible.

Haven’t been to the gym in ages? No problem! We have people of all fitness levels in a single camp. All you need is a desire to be healthier and happier!

  • Bootcamps are 6 weeks long and include complete pre-and post diagnostic testing. Nutritional counseling and 24 hour access to your trainer is also included.
