BootCamp runs 6 weeks.
In 6 weeks, we will completely transform your body. We meet 5 days a week with solid goals in mind:
- Increased Strength and Endurance
- Loss of Inches and a Firmer Body
- Dramatic Improvement of Physical and Mental Well Being
- Motivation and Inspiration
- Nutritional Education
BootCamp will incorporate a nutritional component
To see real results, you have to be armed with information that will help you make good choices about the food (and liquids) you are putting into your body. Exercising is only half the equation. That’s why we have enlisted the services of a certified nutritionist to help you on your journey to total health.
BootCamp will measure your successes and keep you accountable.
With extensive pre and post measurements and testing, you will be able to see the gains you have made, on paper. No cheating. No convincing yourself otherwise. We also have built more accountability into the program. We will be watching your attendance, your effort level and your successes so if you start to slack off, we can pull you back in.
