Century Workout (Partner Works while Partner Rests)

  1. Pushup - 100

  2. Situp - 100

  3. KB swing - 100 (Girls 25 lbs. Guys 35 lbs.)

  4. Air Squat - 100 (Butt Touches Ball)

  5. Jumping Pullup - 100

  6. Row - 1000 meters

  7. Inverted Rows - 100

  8. Wall Ball - 100

  9. Thruster - 100 (Girls- 22 lbs. Guys 45 lbs.)

  10. Burpee - 100

* Split Up Rep's accordingly between Partners. * Both Partners need to do equal number of reps.
