  • Overhead Medicine Ball Wall Slam

  • Sand Bag Pick-Up Over Shoulder

  • Bridge Curl on Stability Ball

  • Ring or Bar Knee-Ups

  • Mountain Climbers

  • T-Bar Row

  • Pushups
