Aqua Bootcamp – A premiere total body workout that takes water resistance training intensity up a notch not to mention your heart rate! Get the same great benefits of the reduced stress on joints and muscles that water training provides plus the added intensity of strength and cardio conditioning. A variety of equipment and drills will be used to work all the major muscle groups of the body for improved strength and total body toning.
Aqua/Water Aerobics – An aerobics class in the water. The buoyancy of the water means that aqua classes provide a virtually impact-free cardiovascular workout, significantly reducing stress on the joints and muscle soreness. Because water creates 12 times more resistance than air, aquatic training has great potential for muscle definition.
Body Elite A/K/A Fit Mix – This is a strength and cardiovascular conditioning class. ALL fitness levels are welcome. This class uses dumbbells, body bars and balls specifying in core utilization for a fun, total body workout. The program is a combination of fat burning cardio, muscle building resistance training, and abdominal strengthening.
Body Pump – Body Pump is one of eight choreographed group exercise program workouts designed by the New Zealand based Les Mills Global Ltd. This resistance training workout provides participants with an all-over muscular endurance workout that is set to music and involves using an adjustable barbell and an exercise step that doubles as a bench.
Bodyweight Blast – Utilizes individual bodyweight for resistance. ALL fitness levels are welcome. The primary focus is on muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning. The goal is to increase maximum caloric burn and increase metabolism while strengthening muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Boot Camp – High impact, full body workout with minimal rest in between exercises. These Omaha bootcamp sessions help build long lean muscles, which in turn challenges the heart rate. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join; the more consistent you are the stronger you will become.
Fit Mix – This class is a combination of strength and cardio. It utilizes lots of total body movements and incorporates a wide variety of fitness equipment, programming and training philosophy. This class will keep you from hitting that exercise plateau because you’ll never know what to expect next.
Kettlebell – A Kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that resembles a cannonball with a handle. The kettlebell is the ultimate tool for all around fitness and has become increasingly popular. In kettlebell training you use functional movements to gain tighter legs, glutes, back, arms, and abdominals. It is the ultimate core workout, while developing your cardiovascular conditioning, power, stability, flexibility, balance, and agility.
Kickboxing – Get a kick out of getting fit! Mix up your routine with the balance, coordination and strength building moves of boxing or kick boxing while burning calories. These high-intensity classes are a great full body workout, incorporating a broad range of punches and athletic drills. Training like this will physically prepare you for whatever punches life throws your way!
On Site Fitness Center Orientations – Introduce your new hires or current employees to the company’s fitness center by providing them with the opportunity to have a guided tour through the gym with a certified and degreed personal trainer. They will get equipment usage demonstrations and exercise options and suggestions, not to mention a review of the company’s safety and waiver requirements. This class can meet once a week, once per month or once per quarter. We tailor our programs to fit your needs. Pilates Mat – Emphasis on strengthening and lengthening muscles, this class will focus on core moves involving abdominals and back muscle strength from the inside out. Strength is achieved without bulking up the muscles. This class will rejuvenate your mind and body.

PiYo – This class incorporates the teachings of Pilates and Yoga. This class is for EVERYONE – no matter your body type or fitness level. PiYo focuses on Yoga breathing techniques, posture, and relaxing away stress in your body and mind with the core work everyone loves from traditional Pilates. Increase body awareness with this inspiring blend of combinations and rhythmic movements designed to strengthen, stretch and tone your body while maintaining balance, symmetry and motion!
Power Yoga – Power Yoga is rigorous workout that develops strength and flexibility while keeping students moving continuously throughout the class. This is a vigorous, aerobic style of yoga that combines movement with breath (called vinyasa) and is designed as a challenging and intense workout for both the body and the mind. Power Yoga classes stress variety as they are always different. They are also designed to create fire and heat within the body and help the body’s energy to flow.
Rookie Basic Training – This is a beginner/intermediate version of the original Boot Camp. Helps build long lean muscles, but uses a slower pace for beginners. This class can still be beneficial to the advanced levels – it all depends on how hard you push yourself.
Stability Ball & Toning – Mild cardio segments mixed with stability ball and core concentration. You will leave having focused on primarily abdominals and lower back muscles.
Step Aerobics – An intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics and incorporates the choreography of traditional aerobics training that everyone loves. This class places particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.
Total Body Burn – This is a structured metabolic circuit training and cardio workout. ALL fitness levels are welcome. This class uses a wide variety of equipment in a circuit format – you’ll use muscles you never knew you had!
Trek up the Tower – This class was designed especially for our friends at First National Bank of Omaha. Trek up the Tower was designed as a preparation for…you guess it, Trek up the Tower. This class is held entirely in the FNBO Tower stairwell (or whatever stairwell you have available). Be prepared to carry weights, race up and down the stairs, squat, lunge, and exert yourself into peak condition for your “Trek up the Tower”.
Turbo Kick – The unique Turbo Kick® movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give YOU the ultimate cardiovascular workout that will help get rid of fat and reshape your body! Each full body workout consists of a warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a nice cool-down.
Yoga Fundamentals – Learn and practice the fundamentals of yoga to achieve balance, strength and peace of mind. Emphasis is placed on working at your own level to increase stamina, relaxation and flexibility. This class will end with a short meditation.
