    • Tricep Pressdown​

  3. Circuit 3

    • Kettelbell Swing​

    • Box Jump Squats

    • Wall Ball

  4. Circuit #4​

    • Walking Lunge​

    • Bicycle's (abs)

    • Boxing

  5. The Finisher​

    • Thruster​

    • Squats

    • Burpees
